Our shares come in 2 breakdown options: The "Just The Hits" Breakdown (more cuts and roasts) breakdown is described below with total weights and portion sizes. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience. 

Requires ~ 13 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling. We can store for you and you can pick up by the 1/4 at dates of your choosing. Pick ups must be scheduled one week in advance. 

Just The Hits! (center cuts and ground beef):

~48# of premium roasts including  chuck and brisket roasts. 3 lb portions.

~8# of whole muscle steaks including tri tip and coulotte (aka picanha). Whole muscle portions. 

~30# of “Center Cut Steaks” including: 16 ribeyes, 12 New York strips, 10 filets. Filets are 8oz, NY Strip and Ribeye are 12oz portions.

~ 8# of top sirloin steak. 16oz portion

~ 12# of beef bones. 3 lb portions. 

- 180 lbs   grass-fed ground beef. 16oz portion.
