HPP's beef marrow bones are of supreme quality, just like the other regenerative farming items from HPP. As an 81-year-old who has cooked for many years, I appreciate the healthy stock obtained from these bones. The flavor intensity is robust and amazing and as DDD would say takes a soup to "Flavor-town."
