Shipping policy

Your products will be shipped within 1-4 days from when your order has been placed. Once we have created a shipping label, you will receive an email with shipment notification and a tracking number. 

All products will arrive frozen packed in gel packs and dry ice. If the product is slightly thawed but still very cold to the touch, the product is safe to refrigerate or re-freeze.
