Each share has 2 breakdown options. Breakdown for the The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts), described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.

The Home Chef: 

• ~5# Boston butt
• ~1.5 lbs of coppa chops
• ~2# of Spare Ribs
• ~2# of skin on hocks
• ~2# of skinless shanks (aka pork wings)
• ~6# of center cut chops
• 3 12oz packs of bacon
• 2# of ground pork
• 2# of chorizo sausage
• 3# of breakfast sausage

Total of 7 lbs of sausage/ ground pork, can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate!

Requires 1.6 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
