Each share has 2 breakdown options. Breakdown for the Just the Hits (center cuts and sausage), described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.

Just The Hits: 

• ~5# Boston butt
• ~2# of Spare Ribs
• ~6# of center cut chops. Portioned 2 per pack.
• 3 12oz packs of bacon
• 2 12oz packs of andouille
• 3 lbs of chorizo sausage. 16oz portions
• 6 lbs of breakfast sausage. 16oz portions. 

Total of 11 lbs of sausage/ ground pork, can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate! 

Requires 1.6 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
