Each share has 2 breakdown options. Breakdown for the Just the Hits (center cuts and sausage), described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.

- ~6# of center cut chops. Portioned 2 per pack.
- 3 12oz packs of bacon
- 2 12oz packs of andouille
- 3 lbs of chorizo sausage. 16oz portions
- 6 lbs of breakfast sausage. 16oz portions.
Total of 9 lbs of sausage/ ground pork, can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate!
