We offer 2 breakdown options for our shares. Below is the description of JUST THE HITS! (center cuts and ground beef) option! Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.
Requires ~ 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts):
~12 lbs of premium roasts including chuck roasts and brisket roasts. 3 lb portions.
~ 7 lbs of center cut Steaks including: 4 ribeyes, 3 New York strips, and 2 filets. Filets are 8 oz, Ribeyes and Strips are 12oz portions.
~ 2 lbs top sirloin steak. 16oz portions.
- 45 lbs of grass-fed ground beef. 16oz portions.
