I was interested in trying the beef cheeks in a beef stew. I cut them up, dredged them in seasoned flour, and browned them. The stew cooked low and slow for five hours. The meat was perfect! Tasty and a good texture!
We absolutely love the ground beef! The moment you open up the packaging you can tell a difference between this ground beef and the organic stuff at the grocery store. The consistency and taste alone put it above the others. Knowing also that this comes from a local farm working hard to do it the right way just makes it that much better. Would highly recommend purchasing.
