These center-cut New York Strips are wonderful seared in a pan and finished in the oven. Baste with butter and herbs, rest and slice. Our choice for Steak and Eggs, or for a steak and potatoes kind of dinner!

Are New York Strips underrated? We think so! One of the things we love about strip steak is uniformity of the fat cap. Are you someone who doesn't like a lot of fat? Once cooked, cut away the fat cap and you'll have a flavorful center-cut steak ready to eat.

I’ve enjoyed all the other filets, ground meat, brisket, etc. that I’ve purchased from y’all but
this New York strip was unchewable.
I let it rest on the counter for three hours until it came to room temperature and seared it on both sides… The way I’ve always cooked my steaks yet I physically was not able to chew the meat. This was one of the two free New York strips as part of the order that was over $200. I will continue to buy meat from y’all but definitely will not buy any New York strips.
