The quality of the meat was much superior to store bought meat, while the store bought liver was thin and mushy, this liver was thicker and firm. They were both very flavorful as well.
This is the best quality beef we’ve ever had. We will never go back to industrially farmed beef. We look forward to thw Homplace Pastures box on our porch :)
As with every item I have purchased - excellent quality and taste - after 2x 1/2 hogs and 2x 1/2 cow each of the past two years - HPP is a game changer for a full on carnivore like me as well as for my wife, children and grandchildren - so happy you do what you do with the care and attention to detail that you do it

I cooked this ham in the oven for four hours nothing added. It was perfect!
I ordered the ham for Easter. It was tasty and loved by all. The ham arrived frozen and had to thaw a few days in the fridge. Since it was spiralized, the slices were easy to cut. I will order this again!
