We provide 2 breakdown options for each share. The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts),  breakdown is described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.

Included in "The Home Chef!" Half Hog Breakdown:

~10# Boston Butts (5lb portions)

~3# Coppa Chops (2 chops per pack)

~4# Spare Ribs (2 racks per pack)

~4# Skin on Hocks (2 per pack)

~4# of Skinless Shanks (aka pork wings, 2 per pack)

~12# Center Cut Chops (2 per pack)

-6 12oz packs of Bacon

- 4 lbs of Ground Pork. 16oz packs

- 4 lbs of Chorizo sausage. 16oz packs

- 6 lbs of Breakfast sausage. 16 oz packs

Total of 14 lbs of sausage/ ground pork, can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate!

Half Hog requires ~3.2 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
