We provide 2 breakdown options for each share. Just The Hits (more center cuts, bacon, and sausage), breakdown is described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.
Included in the Just the Hits Breakdown:
~10 lbs Boston Butts (5lb portions)
~4 lbs Spare Ribs (2 racks per pack)
~12 lbs Center Cut Chops (2 per pack)
-6 12oz packs of Bacon
- 4 12oz packs of Andouille
- 4 lbs of Ground Pork. 16oz packs
- 6 lbs of Chorizo sausage. 16oz packs
- 8 lbs of Breakfast sausage. 16 oz packs
Total of 18 lbs of sausage/ ground pork: customer can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate!
Half Hog requires ~3.2 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
