The ribeye was good and tender

Products are high quality and delicious . I purchased 1/2 a cow earlier this year and was able to can (preserve) about a 1/4 of the purchased item and I can my monthly subscription products . The cost of beef is rising and I am thankful I made the purchase.

After years of not being able to locate beef suet for a traditional steamed pudding I was thrilled to get my 2 pound order. Almost immediately I ground it up into 1 cup portions according to the recipe and finished with 9 packets of suet....(with a little bit left over to make bird seed cakes) Already made two batches of suet puddings in my grandmothers steaming tins . This is the first time in nearly 15 years that We have been able to have this treat for the holidays! and my two brothers in NH and Maine have no idea they will be each getting 2 puddings before Christmas!

Home Place Pastures bacon is the best! Adds flavor to whatever you're making, not limited to breakfast. And be sure to save the bacon fat for other uses!

Made these giant chops in a smothered Creole cream sauce and they were a tremendous hit with our family, tender and juicy and flavorful.

The taste is quite good. Not salty. After eating some over several days divided and placed in vacuum sealed qt. bags. Cut the butt end in chunks removing some excess fat and placed in like bags

The flank steak was delicious, my first time to cook it, I broiled it in the oven and it came out perfect!! Very moist and tasty,
