    We offer 2 breakdown options for our share. Below is the description of The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts) option! Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience. 

    Requires ~ 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling. 

    The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts): 

    ~12 lbs of premium roasts including chuck roasts and brisket roasts. 3 lb portions

    ~ 2 lbs of whole muscle steaks including tri-tip or coulotte (aka picanha). Whole muscle portion! Usually 2 lbs

    ~ 3 lbs of hidden gem steaks which will include at least 2 of these cuts: denver, flat iron, chuck eye, and teres major steaks. 12 to 16 oz portions. 

    ~ 7 lbs of center cut Steaks including: 4 ribeyes, 3 New York strips, and 2 filets. Filets are 8 oz, Ribeyes and Strips are 12oz

    ~ 2 lbs of "flat steaks" including one of the following: flank, bavette, or skirt steak. Whole muscle portion! Usually 2 lbs

    ~ 2 lbs top sirloin steak. 16oz portions

    ~ 4 lbs of Short Ribs. 2 lb portions

    ~ 6 lbs of beef bones. 3 lb portions

    - 30 lbs of grass-fed ground beef. 16oz portions.
