Grass fed beef suet is used in many applications, but it's most famous for making beef tallow! Just break it apart on your cutting board, throw it all in a pot, turn the heat to low and let it render out slowly! Once rendered, strain it into a jar and store in the fridge! 

Wonderful to sear steaks in, or used anywhere you would use cooking oil. Level up your kitchen with your own beef tallow!

Use immediately after thawing. Only thaw product once you're ready to use it!

Cooking Suggestions

We LOVE cooking with beef tallow. Break up the into quarter-sized pieces, place in a heavy bottomed pot on the stove and slowly render all fat out. Scrape the impurities from the top, strain into a heat safe container and you've got premium grass fed tallow!
