Our shares come in 2 breakdown options: Just The Hits! (more cuts and roasts) breakdown is described below with total weights and portion sizes. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience. 

Just The Hits (more cuts and roasts):

~ 24# of premium roasts including  chuck and brisket roasts. 3 lb portions. 

~ 4# of whole muscle steaks including tri tip and coulotte (aka picanha). Whole muscle portions

- 14# of “center cut steaks including: 8 ribeyes, 6 New York strips and 4 filets. Filets are 8oz, Ribeyes and NY Strips are 12oz portions. 

~ 4# of top sirloin steak. 16oz portions. 

~6# of beef soup bones. 3 lb portions.

- 80# of grass-fed ground beef. 16oz portions.
