crap customer service

My order was lost by UPS. They've thrown the ball back in your court. It's up to you to request remuneration thru their system. Normally I would rate the sausage a 6, cuz I love that stuff, but 3 messages without a single return call is not getting me into the Christmas spirit. Plz give me a call.
