Two free pounds of grass-fed ground beef included with every Home Place Pastures box

Two Free Pounds Of Ground Beef In Every Box. For As Long As You're A Member.

Ground beef is about half of the beef Americans eat in a year. It's the thing that runs out first. So every box that leaves this farm has two extra pounds of our 100% grass-fed ground beef in it — not for the first order, not for the first year, but for as long as you keep your membership.

It's ground here, from cattle raised here. Same as everything else in the box.

Raised, Butchered, And Packed In One Place

Most meat subscriptions are assembled from a network of suppliers. Ours isn't. The animals are raised on this farm, processed in our own plant a short drive from the pasture, and packed by the same people. That's unusual, and it's the reason the meat is different.

Lead review

We received our first box and everything was vacuum sealed and frozen. It was packaged really well and nothing had thawed. The meat quality is A+. You can definitely see the difference in the color and texture of the meat when you sit it beside store bought meat.

FAQ

Questions People Ask Before Joining

How much does it cost?

Boxes run from $119 to $269 depending on which one you pick, and each one holds roughly 16 to 21 pounds of meat. Every box includes two free pounds of grass-fed ground beef. You can see the full contents and current pricing on the box page.

How much freezer space do I need?

[FILL — concrete physical comparison. See Section 3 note. Answer this honestly even if the answer is you'll want a deep freeze for the larger boxes.]

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

[FILL — shipping coverage area and transit time. If there are states you don't ship to, or where transit adds cost, say so here.] See delivery details for the full breakdown.

What if my order arrives thawed?

[FILL — your actual guarantee. This is the single biggest fear in shipped frozen meat and the current site does not address it anywhere. If you replace or refund, say it plainly here.]

Can I skip an order or cancel?

Yes, both, any time, from your member portal. You'll get an email three days before an order processes, so there's always a window to push it back or skip it. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.

Can I choose what comes in my box?

Not currently. We hand-pick a rotating selection from what the shop produced that week, which is how we keep the quality consistent and the whole animal used. You can switch between box types any time.

Is your beef grass-fed and grass-finished?

Yes. All of it, all the way through. Never grain-finished.

Is your meat imported?

No. Every animal is raised on our farm in Como, Mississippi and processed in our own facility here.

How long will the meat keep?
