Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm  

Positions Supervised: Fulfillment Manager, Picker/Packers, Warehouse Associates



The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory, including: ambient supplies, fresh and frozen product, and all incoming and outbound product from co-packers and 3rd party warehousing. They ensure all purchase orders for wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer sales channels are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As a small, but growing business, they will help implement an inventory software system, delegate responsibility as needed for daily functions, and contribute to improving workflow processes. They will oversee all product rotation, loading and receiving product, routine truck maintenance, and daily warehouse upkeep and sanitation.

Essential Functions:

·      Responding and fielding department phone calls and emails

·      Picking/packing/shipping all online orders based on company standards, and utilizing appropriate carriers

·      Picking/packing wholesale orders

·      Ensuring product in packing cooler is rotated correctly and frozen, as required, in a timely manner

·      Receiving inbound deliveries and organizing product appropriately in warehouse

·      Loading outbound shipments, collecting driver signature as required

·      Performing weekly routine maintenance on forklift, including charging and refilling battery cells, according to company SOP

·      Oversees supply orders, and maintains proper backstock

·      Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of warehouse spaces, including load docks, receiving areas, coolers and freezers, ensuring workspaces are free of debris and clutter

·      Assists with quality control

·      Receives product from the Processing department, and quickly and efficiently organizes within cooler and freezer spaces

·      Prepares raw product for outbound shipments to co-packers




·      Must be able to prioritize and work under pressure

·      Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively

·      Manages time well, ensuring daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met

·      Must have a developed, personalized management style, and can respectfully and efficiently lead a small team


Education: High School or GED required

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, e-commerce, or a related field required. Forklift experience required. Minimum of 3-5 years management experience preferred.

Computer Skills: 

·       Ability to compose emails and communicate in a professional manner

·       Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Shopify, or similar programs

·       Experience with inventory management software, Quickbooks, and

·       Ability to effectively lead a small team in daily operations

·      Has developed personal management style, clearly sets expectations for team members, and delivers feedback respectfully and frequently

Certificates & Licenses: Drivers License required, Forklift Certification preferred


·       Able to lift up to 80 lbs

·       Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the duration of a full 8-hour shift.


Work is primarily in an ambient warehouse setting with some exposure to dirt, dust, and fumes. Work is frequently done in cold environments between -10℉ and 40℉.
